so finally got around to getting the pc for this. it was a really cheap old dell optiplex 7050 i found on ebay for like 100 bucks. then found this super cheap case for like 30 bucks over on newegg. it was an open box thing. its an ok case if you really can't afford a good one. anyways the reason i got this dell is because it comes with a intel i7 7700 cpu, and 16gbs of ram. i do plan to upgrade the ram to something faster and i noticed it has a m.2 ssd slot. so i'm going to get one for it and upgrade the hard drive. cuz it's old and slow. also thankfully i was able to replace that shitty stock intel fan with a low profile cooler i've had sitting around for a long time now. and the gpu i'm using is a ol gtx 980ti that my friend gave me last year for this. now the main issues i have is that i still need intake fans and the psu i held on to for this is dead. it won't turn on no matter what i do. tried several different cords and stuff. nothing. so i'm going to have to toss it and get a new one unfortunately. thankfully the pc itself and the gpu still work when i plugged in the original dell psu. so nothing is broken except for that psu.

once i get this up and running this little arcade1up is gonna be quite the emulation machine! X3
