so after waiting forever i finally managed to get a cruis'n exotica marquee for this project. the exotica cab is one of my dream cabs to get but since it's nearly impossible to find one where i live i had to improvise. luckily the marquee fits this cab perfectly and even the existing speakers are in the right spots too! so got really lucky here. we finally discharged the crt and will be taking that out soon. took us a good while to figure out that all the mounting spots for it was behind the glass and bezel. after we do that we'll start taking the art off the sides and stuff. then i can finish gutting it and start getting the rest of the parts for it.
