The only thing most people would say is: "WHY DID IT HAVE TO COME BACK?!" Bah! Pichu is da bomb! It's even more cute and cool that its evolutions and one of the few baby PokΓ©mon I like (the other one is Smoochum).EDIT: Fixed a bit its left arm. Hope it helps to look a little better.

Lol. I still prefer Pikachu and Raichu, but yes, Pichu is really cute. And this drawing is not the exception. My only crit is that you drew his arms a bit down. They should be closer to the head.
