Nicknames: No real "nicknames," but his friends often call him Spect for short
Species: sand dune cat
Gender: Male
Romanticism/Sexuality: Panromantic, asexual
Friends: Lack, Bus, Fishbone, Lucky (most still haven't been introduced in the comic yet by the way)
Partner: Matthias

Spectre is a male sand dune cat, coming from a desert very deep into Mainland Continent. He's about 16 in human years, and has a quirky, excitable, spontaneous personality, partly because of his bipolar disorder. He, with the help of his friend Lack (a moth creature) left the desert and Mainland for Krakatoa island, to live in the Krakatoean shore city. There, he became a treasure hunter, travelling between the many small islands surrounding Krakatoa island, and taking whatever riches and treasures he finds.
Commonly accused of being greedy, the real reason he has chosen the route of treasure hunting is for the adventure behind it, and the fact that his mother told him to seek a life of comfort where he can obtain what he wants thanks to his work.
He made a deal/partnership with a ghost named Bus, a very common practice on Krakatoa Island, thanks to the looming tree of bodies where restless ghosts wait for their chance to be among mortals again. In order to do so, however, they need to make a partnership with a mortal. Bus promised to grant Spectre some of his power, if Spectre promised to help him meet his old friends again. Spectre enthusiastically agreed to this deal.

Info on the consealation broken form
When a mortal makes a partnership with a ghost, they receive an item called a consealation crystal which helps keep the link of power between ghost and mortal safe and non dangerous. If the consealation crystal between Bus and Spectre were to be broken, Bus would be drained of major parts of his power, and it would be propelled into Spectre, giving him a surge of near uncontrollable power, as well as slowly whittling at his mental state and making him more aggressive, unpredictable, and most of all influenceable. It would be easy for someone to take major advantage of his power in this state.
