Description
In traditional 2D animation, a Warp Pan background is used to simulate the effect of a camera rotating. Here, the background is distorted to create that effect as the camera actually tracks from left to right across the page.This is Generictown from my webcomic, "The Inexplicable Adventures of Bob!" You can see Bob's house off to the left.
