A few new skills learnt here- I don't often get the chance to shoot portraiture and indoors even less so, so I thought it would be an ideal chance to try out bouncing the flash whilst using the bounce card. I also had a go softing the image as it was TOO sharp (damn you, good lenses!) by duplicating the background layer, applying gaussian blur and then a layer mask, I think that it has worked quite well really for a first attempt! I think I need to improve my technique slightly though, maybe?
