The group gathered underwater, in the front of the big ruins. As Riaa said, Four could see two entrances. Which one is the right one, that’s the question.
Riaa looked at Four, then to Kave and Ilisono. She nodded, the others nodded. Then Ilisono and Kave started swimming to the other side. Riaa and Four, as if their heart beat together, started kicking at the same time towards the first entrance.
Wow…
Four was pretty impressed when she saw the ruins’ structure. It’s really well built, she couldn’t believe this place just popped out of nowhere. Four wondered if this was some kind of magic?
“Nnn.”
Four felt a tap on her shoulder. It was Riaa. She smiled with her cheeks puffed, sometimes letting one or two bubbles escape. Riaa’s smile made Four realized she stopped swimming. Even with the added time limit by the Contractor’s blessing, time was still pretty crucial. Every seconds counts. Four gestured ‘sorry’. Riaa shook her head and pointed into the deeper part of the ruins. Then they started swimming again.
What is waiting for us inside this place…? Four wondered as she swam deeper into the darkness of unknown…
