Really enjoyed working on this iteration of Riddler, I tried to go for a more of a maniacal look to him. The coat with the neon LED lights was kind of inspired by Jim Carrey's extravagant outfits in Batman Forever.I also made his cane/staff resemble a scythe or sickle of some sort, to make Eddie a bit more well-equipped against hand-to-hand encounters with the Bat-Family.
