While I really love this idea, and I think this character is beautifully rendered, it *does* rather look like he fell into some rope and had a bit of trouble with it

Awesome design! I love the way how you showed dumb creature which made such simple armour.
But for "Lord" I think he has not enough things which will make him recognizable as lord. He looks more like a huntsman or tribe warrior. Some sort of bracelets, necklaces would make him more lordly.
And you could also put a little more work into wolf hat. Comparing it to his face it looks kinda childlish. And a little smal. But pose and rendering are flawless. Keep it up!
