So, people have been liking Bucky lately, so heres a new one!
So this is his 'starting point' for growth. This is currently the smallest size he can be reduced to.
I say current because every year the minimum increases just a little more. Just by a few inches or so.
But, after a while, the minimum will have increased by a couple of feet.
And a little while after that... The reduction stops working completely.
In summary, this is the smallest he'll ever be.
