I guess it isn't it's kind of like Renji's soul-slayer. I suppose it more closely resembles a saw because of the sticking out edges which could be considered teeth like on a saw. Kinda.

Oh it's "BLEACH", and since we like other stuff you may like that too, it's very funny, cool, with swords and other weapons. I became hooked after the first 17 episodes when it really started getting interesting.
