it's Joe Shiramura... or something to that affect. yes well, it's the main character of that show Cyborg 009 -- which without Joe would be horrible.i can't believe i didn't upload this. it is really rough but i like the sketchiness because it's one of my up-late-looks-great works that come out better than my usual pieces.
