I don't think there's any other word for it. (Well, besides, like. Awesome. Or... Badass. But-- Well, you get the idea.)
I particularly love Ferris' photo and the lighting on his glasses.
For the longest time, Demos was my favorite of your characters (possibly because he was the only one I knew anything about xD ) but since I've started actually, you know, reading Fishbones, I find that "these other guys" Ferris and Seamus are oddly endearing, as well.
Anyway, this whole chart is insanely cool-looking, and it's even useful (and convenient) as a reference material when characters show up that I'm not immediately familiar with while reading the actual novel.
In short, awesome job. xD

The higher up on the chart, the more important a character is. The ones below him that are connected by a line mean that character works for him.

Wow, I'm half Italian and this reminds me of our family reunions. XD
I love the details in this, and I can imagine the FBI agents stressing out over how to catch these guys.
Question though: is the background of the bulletin board an uploaded texture or did you make it with a brush?

Kick ass.... heh, FBI's intel's a bit slim, hm? So many question marks, and I'd have to laugh if that were the full extent of the family.
I'm dying to know where Ferris got the nickname "Fishbones". That's hilarious. Which would probably piss him off, but hey.
Eee.... someday when I have all that free time I keep wanting, I really am going to have to catch up on all of this. *sigh* Such a good story, wen the characters and the questions stay with you and you haven't even read it yet...

Could you explain what these titles mean? 'Capo,' 'Soldier' etc.?

'Capo' is short for 'Caporegime,' which is the title for the leader of a crew. It's a relatively high rank. Everyone below reports to them and follows their orders. For example, Victor is a Caporegime and Nicky and Sal are part of his crew. (There are more but I couldn't be bothered to draw the entire mafia.) A soldier is a made man (made men are official members of the family and it takes a lot of dedication to be made) who do all of the work and report to their superiors. They're low ranking. Hope that helps!
