Here's a speed paint I did today! Took me around 2h and 40 minutes or so.
It's based of Eversong Woods, a zone from World of Warcraft.
I haven't played that game in a loooooong time but I always loved the design and feel of some of the zones, so this is a little tribute!

This is absolutely amazing. I watched the video and was inspired, usually I'm a background hater but this might change things. Did you have any particular brushes that you used for this one? The video was so fast, I couldn't quite catch all the shapes.

Oh how I wish I could make backgrounds. Eversong is one of my favorite places in WoW, I just love the color scheme. I'm amazed how detailed the picture is, even as a speedpaint.

This is so amazing. Completely makes me want to get back to playing WoW. I have always loved Eversong Woods. Whenever I was bored, I would go there and just run around. Kinda wish you could fly in the zone, but I like the pre-cata feel.

It looks like if it's on fire to me. Just the color choice, yellow in the middle, then red above, black higher. Very flame-like.
