This is really awesome, love the colors and the perspective of the massive dragon.

Judging by the title "Guardian" I'm assuming this dragon is a friendly - or at least familiar - figure to that city? I would be very concerned if it wasn't - that's a pretty big beast! Excellent work.

I know it's fantasy but the placement of the bending on the dragon's wings looks off, it should be further away from the neck/spine, like at least at 1/3 or in the middle. It's the first thing I noticed.
