That could easily be on the cover of a novel. Something I'd even pick up to read. Really good effort, dramatic, yet free...

Awesome! I love the swarm of bats and the subtle hints of orange in the clouds lend a great contrast to the piece!
Looks like something out of Lord of the Rings- definitely old, dark and haunted!
You nailed the painterly quality, excellent job!

It doesn't look haunted to me, it's giving me an evil sorcerer vibe instead. I suppose it's because my preconceptions have been moulded by hollywood's depiction of evil sorcerer castles and fairy tales' illustrations of haunted castles. The haunted castles tend to look more gothic with plenty of gargoyles, relief and other ornamentation.
I still like the mood of this piece though.

I actually agree with you. I don't get much of a haunted feeling from it, but I'm kinda crappy with titles so
Thank you

I like it! Sort of reminds me of the Conventical of Seran, from the Mistborn Trilogy (by Brandon Sanderson). It's in book 2 "The Well of Ascension" chapter 12, if you ever feel like reading a description

The mood and atmosphere in this piece is incredible!
I love how bleak the scenery is and how intimidating the castle is.
Amazing

Nope unfortunately no tutorials.
