He is one of the Agents, and one of a few that was merely crafted by the Guardian of the Universe. He was ordered tow the continents and shape planets in faraway galaxies. Before his work could be done, though, Galaxus attacked the obscure parts of the galaxy and damaged Collosoluk’s power cores. The Agents were able to drive Galaxus off, and the Guardian repaired the cores, but it seems that the damage had already affected Collosoluk’s state of mind.
