Personally, I always pictured Pirouletta as the 10th boss. Whereas that would leave The unused casino boss as the 11th and king dice as the 12th.
And as for the 7th boss, I would picture him as a giant muscular slot machine bouncer guard in a suit, tie, and mobster hat.
And his attack pattern is a bit different from Ribbit and Croaks.
