Now that she was safely back in the "real world", Shadi had to admit that her adventures in the Legendary Realms was a life changing experience. A few moments longer, and she would have been one of those fantasy characters people read about rather than a fairy.

"Why, I could have.. croaked," she added in a very quiet voice. Shaid's eyes bugging out, and hands quickly covering her mouth as she realized the horrible pun she uttered. Relaxing after a moment, she sighed in relieve. No one appeared to have been close enough to hear. Shadi had heard quite enough frog jokes after her ribbit-ing experiences in the fantasy realm. Her eyes widening again, realizing what she had just though and hoping she didn't say it out loud. Getting turned into a frog by that witch was no joke, and she only just reverted back and managed to escape in time thanks to her friends. But the resulting, while good natured, teasing, had Shadi wondering if she could still hold her breath that long and hide underwater.

Still, the ordeal had a few hidden benefits. She was pretty sure that new wardrobe, as she burned anything green counted. Plus, she had a new appreciation for garden design and pond botany, especially lily pads and their flowers. As for her main interest, Entomology, who would have imagined those beetles with the colorful shells were so tasty, as her newly elongated, sticky tongue shot out at one flying past. Or crunchy.
