Coming from a long line of powerful witches and warlocks, Sabrina was originally a family black sheep and disappointment as she appeared to be nearly powerless. But then something wonderful happened.

Volunteered (ie: drafted) by the unseelie powers to be an assistant helping to punish a betrayer who defected to the fairies, Sabrina was discovered to have a magical block restricting her abilities. But drained an refilled with Faerie power, her true potential was restored, even if it did result in her shrinking to a few inches high and sprouting her own pair of wings. She may have also gone a little "power mad" in the process.

Unfortunately, or depending on your POV, her handlers were destroyed before they could complete the process and name her target.

Now in the hand of Seelie powers, they have been gradually reining her in, taking her from a rhymes with stitch and helping her become more social while adjusting to her new abilities. Or as some of her handlers have put it, she gets a bit frisky at times. It does helps that she was never really committed evil while her powers were blocked. It was just expected of her growing up. When shown true "E" evil powers, by Kieran, she spend nearly a week whimpering under the bed. Still she dose have the occasional relapse with "Starscream Disease" or "Repulsa-itus".
