Excuse me, but that's just stupid. It feels wrong to hate the story only because it has got ponies in it.
I'm a very hardcore reader, I've read lots of books,Β Cassandra Clare, J. R. R. Tolkien,Β Andrzej Sapkowski, Bernard Cornwell, Dan Brown and more. I'm not afraid to tell that this fanfiction can match these books. You may hate the show for girly friendship love, but there's no such thing in this story.
The world behind that show is convinient for stories. There's more of Equestria behind that My Little Pony show.

Ayy did I ever say that I excluded other comedians and other extraordinary shows? I felt like I lost apart of me when Robin Williams committed suicide.
Yeah you are right a lot of sitcoms nowadays use and reuse the same laughter over and over and over, but most shows from the 90's and 80's were filmed in front of a live studio audience. Full House was, but I wouldn't call Full House quality.
Since we are living in the 21st century, music sucks, television sucks, and most of all the internet sucks. I'm pretty sure the two men who founded internet protocol (IP) didn't want guys who have gay haircuts pretending to sing while two of the most hated guys on YouTube react to other people's videos and monetise off of them as well. And music most of all music. Lyrics nowadays consists mostly of swear words and the music is just clicking. Me on the other hand, I love bands like The Eagles, Hall and Oates, Phil Collins, The Rolling Stones, etc.
Don't forget music from the 60's 50's and the 40's.
Everyone today is using ITunes to download their music while I'm still using CD's to listen to music.
