I made a new Tardis background for Frobisher with my new art program PaintShopPro X9.
My vision of Frobisher's Penguin form and he is from the Doctor Who Comics and
a Whifferdill Detective badge that is W.D. stands for.
Frobisher is companion with the Sixth and Seven Doctor.
He is a Whifferdill which can Shape Shift to many different things.
Frobisher is also a Detective that likes to help others out.
