My vision of Frobisher Whifferdill I made different by making him with a vest instead of a jacket, add pockets to pack his clues in, anda Whifferdill Detective badge that is W.D. stands for.
He is a Whifferdill which can Shape Shift to many different things.
Josiah Dogbolter a Humanoid Frog put a bounty on The Doctor to get the information about the Tardis. Frobisher was going to turn in
The Doctor but instead he become a friend because he learns that Sixth and Seventh Doctor helps other Planets with their problems.
Frobisher is companion with the Sixth and Seven Doctor.
