By" Finally... YAY! After loosing this about three times in the process, i'm finally finished.
I thought if I went over and did this any other way i'd mess it up, so I basically colored under the sketch that I had done. Such an interesting effect it tends to give.
For my honey Wally because he's the most handsome-est guy alive (next to being the Fastest. Muahaha!)!
