All of the police force was put on high alert as the attacks became more frequent. No patrol officer was to be alone. With Dallas's partner Bryce turned into graffiti he had to patrol with Lt. Knight. As they walked the beat Lt. Knight was yelling at everyone through the megaphone embarrassing Dallas. Suddenly screaming was heard coming from an alley way. The cops ran to investigate only to see the toon everyone is looking for turn four citizens into graffiti. Lt. Knight scream through the megaphone basically making Dallas deaf. The toon saw the two cops and ran down the alley away from them. Dallas and Lt. Knight took off after him.
