Jace is the leader of a street gang that terrorizes the city. The gang does everything from vandalizing to armed robbery. The police have tried to stop them, but they always get away with things. Turns out Jace is working for Alastor Doyle the deputy mayor. Alastor uses Jace and his gang to make the current mayor look bad. Jace treats the gang like family and doesn't like it when member deflect.
