After the situation with Alexander, Evelyn found herself both excited and nervous. However, she reminded herself that she couldn't let her emotions betray her and give her away. But then, a thought comforted her: what did it matter if she got caught? After all, pretending to have a broken leg wasn't a serious offense; no one would arrest her for that. With this idea in mind, she focused on her main goal: showcasing her massive cast.
Determined, Evelyn lifted her plastered leg and placed it on top of her desk. She knew the position was compromising; not only would it display her cast in all its glory, but she would also be exposed by the miniskirt she was wearing. However, she reminded herself again that no one could question her choice of attire, especially with that cast as justification. She could say it was what the doctor had recommended, that she couldn't wear pants, or come up with a series of believable excuses.
Encouraged by her boldness, she placed her plastered cast on the desk and continued working, eagerly hoping that this gesture would attract even more attention to her and her imposing cast.
