This is a costume I built with my friend Mike Harders, who is wearing this costume. It's based on the style of Kamen Rider.

This character is called Saibogu Rider (or Cyborg Rider).

He is kidnapped by an evil organization called Cyco and is enhanced through cybernetic technology. But he escapes and is now using his powers to fight Cyco and their army of robotic soldiers.
