Yep here's the third part.

Hugh and Judy were home to surprise Jimmy... And what a surprise.

Jimmy: Mom,dad? What? What are you doing here?
Cindy: Oh no!...
Hugh: Well Jimbo we came to surprise you.
Judy: Yes Jimmy, we came here to give you a wonderful party since your almost off to college.
Jimmy/Cindy: *sarcasm* Great!

But the party wasn't long it only lasted a few hours since Jimmys parents had to leave for a duck convention. At this time both Jimmy and Cindy were released and pleased that they had to go. So now it was time they have done what they planned for all along. They go upstairs to Jimmys room and "Slam" they shut the door.
