Description
A drawing from 2014 done in black paper with colored pencils. The wak-wak is a vampiric bird-like creature in Filipino folklore. It snatches humans at night and devours them as if it were a normal bird eating an insect alive. Though it mostly resembles a bird, it has bat-like wings and long knife-like talons. It gets its name from the sound of its wingflaps. This was done in my own style.
