This is a spectacular combination of shapes and colors!
Though dominated by dark and calming turquoise, the capture is drawn through with lines of orange. These also lead the eye towards the center of interest and the focal point of the image. A great technique to guide the viewer and here even strenghtened by the distribution of light!
The bokeh lights do add to the overall vibe but i feel you could have involved them better. Right now they just seem like a nice addition, not like the integral part of the whole picture they could have been.
All in all you demonstrated a great talent for composition.
