While the overall aesthetic of the image is delightful, I have to say your light sources are all over the place, and this detracts from the realism you are trying to achieve.

That makes a lot of sense.
It occurs to me that an ideallic face of youth also does no suit the subject matter. An individual of power, I would expect her to at least have a look of knowing wisdom if not greater years. A look that says, been there done that... don't mess with me.
It would be a challenge to make her a woman in her sixties with stunning bone structure, a well preserved body and glowing eyes.
