I regained access to this account!
It's really fun to come back every few years and get hit with a flood of memories.
Here's another update on my art progress; not much has been made, unfortunately.
I don't draw nearly as much as I used to. I've experienced a lot of tragedies recently, and have been going through the sloughs of adulthood.
I think my 12 year old self would be sad to hear this. I try to draw when I can, but the inspiration isn't what it used to be.
Still, I like to see if I've improved, and how my art has changed.
On the left is the first two things I submitted to this account, back in 2013.
On the right is two of my more recent pieces, 2023.
In 2013, I was 12 years old, and going through a lot of things I don't think a 12 year old should have had to go through.
In 2023, I am 22 years old, and I'm going through a lot of things I wish I did not have to go through.
But I survived being 12. I'm trying to survive being 22.
It's hard. But I'm trying.
I hope I can come back in another few years and see where I am then.
