Speaking from experience - once being a kid who developed a lot of crushes - it must be difficult for Nagisa to hear about her crush's crush being someone else. Still, she is ready and eager to help Chiaki if she can!

That's a big "if". Nagisa herself admits she doesn't know how or even if Chiaki can go home. But she remains committed, and Chiaki is so grateful for it. The bond between these girls deepens, and Chiaki even sneaks in a cuter, more relaxed honorific (and a bit more unique, per her usage). And while Nagisa doesn't get it, she knows enough that it means something to Chiaki... so she returns the gesture.

Something is happening here between them. Nagisa knows what outcome she wants, but it's hard to say if Chiaki is thinking the same way right now. But that's okay. As the runic text at the bottom of the page reads: "Their story is only just beginning."

This is the end of Chapter 3 and the Intro Arc. Perhaps needless to say... a small break will follow. I'd like it to not be as long as last time, but I've been dealing with a lot recently, and I definitely think I'm gonna need to take some time to pull myself together. I'm gonna strive for late October/early November, but I'll keep you posted on how I'm doing and when to expect more after this.
