Adam was nearing the end of second year of his three year into his course. He’d been living in Russia with his friend Jones, who’d started the same year as him. He’d just gotten back from his trip back home to see his parents for Easter, he returned knowing that that was the last time his parents would see him as him.

Having completed the language part of the course, Adam was now fluent in Russian. The final semester of his second year was the transformation period, and Adam couldn’t wait. As soon as he arrived back in the airport, a car was waiting to take him to the transformation facility.

When there, he was met by Dr Alekseev. “Hello, you must be Adam, come with me we’ll get started. Right away.” Dr Alekseev led Adam through to an operating room where he was told to lay. The surgeons came into the room and Dr Alekseev handed them a clipboard, “Ah, you’re Mr Borisov’s patient, you must give him my blessings when you meet him,” one of the surgeons spoke to Adam, as they began to inject the anaesthesia, Adam drifting off to sleep.

Adam awoke days later in a ward bed. He looked down to see two breasts under his gown. The operation had worked! He slowly got up and felt beautiful blonde locks of hair tumble over his shoulders, “Это офигенно!” Adam exclaimed, absolutely thrilled with her new appearance.

Dr Alekseev came into the room, “Ah, Arina, you’re finally awake.” It took Adam a second to adjust to being referred to as Akilina, but hearing it made the situation all the realer. His fantasy was coming to life. “Mr Borisov’s car is waiting for you outside. A nurse will be in momentarily to get your clothes.”
