there should be a .ini file called 'bootskin' which should open in wordpad, and the 'rogress' and 'domo' picture files.
Do you have the Bootkin application? If not, download that here: [link]
(its free)
And make sure you've saved my bootskin into a folder in here, 'C:\Program Files\Stardock\WinCustomize\BootSkin\skins'
When you open up the Bootskin program, Domo should be at the bottom.

Do you have the program called Bootskin? If not, search for it on download.com or something and install it. Once you have that, download the Domo file and save it in C:\Program Files\Stardock\WinCustomize\BootSkin\skins
Once saved, make a new folder called Domo.
Right click the zipped file and click extract here.
Drag all the items into the Domo folder.

First you have to download Bootskin. Go to download.com and search for bootskin. Top of the list should be Bootskin 1.05. Download that.
Extract the zip file then when you open up Bootskin, 'Domo_load' should be at the bottom of the menu. Highlight it and click apply
