I've ALWAYS wondered just HOW this YOU TUBE site CAN
USE ALL the SONGS and VIDEOS they HAVE!??? ....
And their LYRICS that go WITH them/songs??? ....
Seems like ALL MUSICIANS and and MUSIC COMPANIES, online
and not, would BAN these TOGETHER as COPYRIGHTED? ....
UNLESS they OK'd such USE and were PAID for it/ROYALTIES, etc.?? ....

Hi, Brian. Maybe they receive some royalties from the advertisements
on these sites. I never see them because I have and Add-Blocker
but I saw there were 95 on the last Youtube visited.

even ALLOW for more than a few SENTENCES of LYRICS to be USED ....
COPYRIGHT they said ....
UNLESS one had obtained WRITTEN PERMISSION for ORIGINAL author(s) ....

I get the lyrics from the internet....there are a gazillion sites with them
They must be making money some way or they would not allow the things that are going on.

Just figured that if ''I'' were a musician, I wouldn't ALLOW MY lyrics
to be USED without PERMISSION (like artworks and writings, etc.) ....

Brian, I would think they want people to have access to the lyrics now that so many
people buy their music from downloads. No lyrics in albums now. I think the CD's are almost gone.
I remember so many Album stores and now the only place I can buy one
is either Walmart, Target, bother of which have terrible selections and Amazon.
