I'm fine, the weather is wet and cold so my injured leg is bothering me a little,
but I'm getting better because I'm doing certain exercises which help,
the problem is to remember to do them.

Do them as soon as you wake in the morning as I do,
this way you are ready for the day and don't have to remember.
