The lighting and eerie fog lend it such an appropriate, well, haunted atmosphere. Aside from the general creepiness of the setting, there are little things I notice that really help that feeling sink in: the blurry edges, like it's seen through the eyes of someone drugged/scared senseless, and the way that tree on the right skews toward the building, like it just doesn't quite belong there... love it. You're a master with these subtle horror things.

The one lit window in an otherwise dark and lonely, immense and mysterious edifice is such a great, classic trope of spooky story-telling. It even gets a nod in the opening credits of Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?.
