I really want to do a life drawing class, I've never found one though.
It sucks because ours was the year they stopped doing it in high school art. Anatomy is so important to learn anyway, it's weird, before you really take that step you think your art is fine without it and you know what you're doing, but afterwards you realise exactly how indispensable all of that knowledge is

exactly. it's so important. i can't really find any life drawing classes so i kind of just copy real people and gather knowledge through practice. essspecially with animation. you need to be fantastic at anatomy because you need to know how everything moves (unless you're rotoscoping)

Yeah, I used to really want to go into animation, but I am terrible with computers, I can't work Flash to save my life. That and Dreamweaver. Urgh. Between the two of them they made my degree useless, anyone who wants a Graphic Designer wants them to be a Website Designer and Flash user too.

ahhh yeah! all i know is photoshop and graphic design. I'm beginning flash now and it looks so confusing! all this scripting and stuff! i think i'm just going to stick to 2d cel animation for the serious stuff (just seems like less work) and learn other methods for when i need them

It's the scripting I couldn't get the hang of, I'd do everything the tutorial said but when I came to play it, it'd just either do nothing or spaz out.
I prefer to do stuff just cel-by-cel, but obviously they want everything to be interactive. It's a nightmare of a program, there's got to be a more user-friendly way to present all that nonsense

Will do, but I doubt you'll find anything better than Adobe creative suite. Having said that, if the other programs are worse they probably physically injure you when you do something wrong.

I have the worst memory ever, at primary school I always came home with the pencils because I'd forgotten I'd put them in my pockets, and at the end of each year I'd have like 50

At least that was by accident. I just used to steal shit. Like leggo in nursery (so what, 4 years old?). My mum found it and marched me back to school to tell me of and get my teachers to tell me off... but my teacher said I could keep it.
SO I did.
And I still have it.

In my defense, I was marking out all the alliteration, which I think is pretty damn impressive for a pre-school child

We just wound NOT be the same without American supremacists! Yeah we learnt all about that in Psychology, but still I wouldn't mind being told I was smart enought to get into mensa and then tell them I'd rather stick a fork in my eye than join. That's what my mum and step dad did
