Description
The secondary main antagonist of the entire series and also the main character that we follow during the B plot, which essentially show all of the villains getting up to their various schemes to try and kill TNK. He's the chief engineer that is tasked with creating weapons to kill TNK and SonicPhantom, and he has a lot of pressure put onto him to do so. He's basically the evil scientist guy, an egotist out to prove himself to everyone and show how great he is.
