Hi! Very sorry for the delayed prize, but congratulations on winning first in photomanipulation for the "Best of the Best" contest! Since you didn't request a critique, I'll give you a comment instead!
First, I'll rate your piece like a real critique:

Now for the critique! For starters, I love the whole dark, creepy feel to it and the scenery to match! It's really cool how it's set in that time frame, and not the modern or present era; the old fashioned bike and dress are done very well. It also makes me think of Edgar Allan Poe when I see the raven behind the girl and the black cat reminds me of Halloween or some other scary scene.
Technically, or mechanically, it's also really well done; the sharpness and blur is very near perfect (like how clear the clock is while the birds flying around it are blurry, emphasizing the clock). The background, being foggy, also definitely sets the scene. But, if I had to give a constructive critisism, I'd say that although I know it's a photomanipulation, it doesn't look realistic to me. I know it's not a photograph, but to me, I think manips are supposed to make the viewer feel it's real, but "enchanted" at the same time. I'm not sure if your goal was to make it look very real or like a doll of some sorts, but it's still great nonetheless.
