I am in love with this show.
From left to right, and then top to bottom: Princess Bubblegum, Finn the boy, Jake the dog, Marceline the Vampire Queen (she's a lefty on bass!), the Ice King, and everyone's favorite, Lumpy Space Princess!

One can only hope they use this tragic element element sparingly with the Ice King, because then it would stop being funny and just become sad, like the Meg jokes on Family Guy. Either that or embrace the tragedy of the character and leave all humor behind.

Weirdest daytime television show EVER!!! And I love it!!!
The fact that Bender from Futurama is Jake, Spongebob is the Ice King, and Starfire from Teen Titans is Princess Bubblegum is just plain awesome.
(I know all of the voice actor's names, I just like to refer to their characters that made them recognizable and even famous, fyi)
