excellent work, concept and color are beautiful.
if i may offer a small piece of constructive criticism, i personally think her neck is perhaps just a bit thin for the size of her head, but otherwise this is a beautiful piece.

For me, her neck is a little too thin, and her eyes are just a tad bit too far apart. (there's usually about the length of an eye between a person's eyes.)
But, this is lovely, don't get me wrong! Love the grace of her pose, and her anatomy is beautiful. Gorgeous color palette, lighting, and perspective on the arms, too.
And your digital painting is definitely 10x better than what I am currently capable of. xD

It seems very good to me, although the legs could be more defined, specially at the bottom, where they meet the water. the overall palette is also good, and the lighting on the bushes in the back is great.
