god i wish she wasnt blonde..why cant they make a newer darker haired Harley..like make her gothic since thats basically the way they made joker....except his was more grunge.

Because Harley's a foil for the Joker, in the fact that she may be a hppy blonde, but she loves Joker, and Joker went bonkers at the same time as he ended up looking like he does.
