I thought about writing a haiku for this one...Then I thought about how much I hate haiku.

She... would actually work pretty well in that role. Decent leader and administrator in some regards.
She would be reviled by the other samurai because she, for instance, couldn't do a proper tea ceremony unless her life depended on it, and maybe not even then, but her army would be fairly effective in certain ways in the field (Good with Tactics, not so much with Strategy, and might be bad with logistics). Of course, her personal contributions in battle would be... well if the two-weapon fighting style didn't exist, she would be the equivalent of that guy who legendarily, and maybe even historically invented it.
