This guy could be dangerous...but you can't let him get away so easily! As he runs past, you quickly stick out your leg and trip him.
"Aaah!" the guy yells stumbling a little. As he is trying to regain his balance, he drops whatever it was he was holding. "NOOOOO!" he cries as it falls to the ground, breaking into a hundred pieces. Suddenly, a slight red light comes from the shattered pieces. In fact, it seems some of the light is heading for Elise! She jumps back in surprise. Then....you blinked. There was no light. Could you have imagined it?

"Dammit!" the thief swears as he jumped to his feet and sprinted off.
"Wow...that guy can run." Elise says with a look of shock on her face.
"He's getting away!" you hear the guards behind you. One stops at where you are standing while the others pursue. "Oh, you guys alright?" "Yes" you both respond. "Well good. That was a pretty brave thing you did."
"Yeah, well...he still got away and broke that...thing."
"Oh! Wow! Its pretty busted up alright. I better get a museum guy to clean this up!"
"Y-yeah..." you say. "Well...uh do you need to ask us what happened or anything."
"Well...uh...I dunno. I don't think so. I should probably get your name." What?! He's a guard here! He should know!
"Thomas Adams" you say.
"Hmmm...Thomas Adams...got it! Now you kids should go get some lunch! The little missy there looks hungry!"
"Yeah! Let's get a pizza! You're buying!" she says pointing at you.
