Description I recently picked up a 4-pack of BMOG figures and will be doing a semi-review here.

What is BMOG? BMOG is short for "Bio-Mechanical Ordinance Gestalts". Short explanation: the figures you see above are made of weapons that are COVERED with 5mm pegs and ports that are compatible with all sorts of modern and vintage toys, ESPECIALLY Transformers! Seeing how the recent Transformers lines (Siege, Earthrise, Kingdom) have had a ton of 5mm ports it's the perfect time to pick these up!

Review:

Pros:
-5mm compatible with mainstream toylines!
-parts can be combined in a variety of creative ways, even more if you buy multiple kits and combine them.
(I will do more posts soon showing examples of what you can do with these rather than trying to describe them here...)

Cons:
-I found that some of the pegs and ports needed modification to fit. I purchased a 5mm drill (because even Hasbro can't do 5mm holes right...) and ran it through all the holes. The bear's mouth and the wrist-blades need the most attention here. A little sandpaper fixes the 5mm posts in a few minutes, just keep at it until things fit snugly.

This was a kickstarter in 2014, but the company still has some stock if you're interested.
