Spider-sense only responds to danger. Bullet, shard, a fist. Besides, I doesn't always work, it does not warn Spidey of the direction of threat AND can be blocked. Venom can block Spidey-sense, and some chemicals too(those, that are specifically designed for that). Ballon is not a threat. It's just a "startle". Same thing that Spidey would not know about a jumpscare at a horror house.

Does she intend to actually HURT Spidey? Dont think so. And you can aim a gun at a ballon. If there is no intention or probability(100%*) of injury, Spidey won't sense it.



* - meaning that there is a 100% probability of a chanse(the chanse is reality. it WILL happen). When it is just a probability it's less then 100%. But When it happenes, it becomes a 100% chanse. There is a probability, that you get robbed at night. That is just a chance. But then we have a guy or a group, that want to rob. They are at a street. It's dark. You are walking there, and there is a 100% probability that you will be robbed.
