Description
In grade 1 I was taken to the aquarium for the first time on a school trip. We were all given notebooks and pencils and scratchy orange bags, and we needed to stick with a partner. I was partnered with Anabella. She was annoying, but I had to hold her hand anyways. I was telling her about city names and their meanings on the way to the City, and she made a stupid joke that I did not laugh at. When we got to the aquarium, I immediately sprinted off. I made it my goal to draw every creature I saw there, and I did a pretty darn good job. About 5 minutes into the aquarium visit, I had been told off 2 for being too loud, but I was really excited “OH MY GOSH THERES A LEAFY SEADRAGON!!!”
On the train ride back, I saw a bunny and drew him in my notebook. I still have this notebook, it’s a “frozen” one with a butterfly curious of the cover. There are two stickers on it, a butterfly I got from Izzy, (she had glasses and blonde pigtails) and one with a crocodile on it, from the aquarium.
